Our mission is to reduce gatekeeping access to gender-affirming medical care. As such, we offer evaluations to provide a letter for gender-affirming care for PA residents ages 18+ without the requirement of ongoing therapy.

The gender-affirming letter evaluation will go through all required information in accordance with the World Professional Association on Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care 8 (SOC8).
This service is available to adults residing within the state of Pennsylvania. We can complete the evaluation via telehealth or in person.

It is scheduled for 60 minutes. At the discretion of the therapist, it may take more than 1 session.

You will have the letter within 1 week of the evaluation.

We understand gender affirming care is also life saving care. We purposely offer this service with a sliding scale rate of $100-$200. Pick the rate that works best for you.
