Looking for an LGBTQ Therapist who gets it?
Being yourself isn't always easy. You may have spent years trying to fit in, hide parts of yourself, or figure out where you belong.
Maybe you're exploring your gender or sexual identity. Maybe you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, or the pressure to be someone you're not.
It’s exhausting trying to figure yourself out while also trying to fit in. You don't have to figure it all out on your own.
Individual Therapy for Adults in Camp Hill, PA
As an LGBTQ-friendly therapist, I’m familiar with the pressure to fit in.
I’ve navigated my own struggles as a queer person with ADHD, and it’s definitely shaped how I approach mental health.
I believe that common human experiences, like being neurodivergent or questioning your identity, shouldn’t be pathologized. Which is exactly why I offer a space where your whole self is welcome.
Many of the clients I support come to me because they want to explore who they are and what they want from their life. This may include questions about gender, sexuality, or being nonbinary.
Or it could be about learning who they are as neurodivergent individuals. They may want to unpack what that means for them, how they experience the world, and how they relate to others.
What can we work on together?
Maybe something in your life feels harder than it should. Maybe you just want to understand yourself better. Or maybe you're ready to make a change but aren't sure how to do it.
We can explore things like:
Gender and sexual identity
LGBTQ+ experiences
Neurodivergence, ADHD and Autism
Relationships and boundaries issues
Feeling different or like you don't belong
Self-acceptance
Relationship patterns that keep repeating
Therapy that meets you where you are
I tailor my approach to your individual needs. Our work together will take into account the unique factors shaping your life and focus on how we can create real, meaningful change.
I combine strengths-based and person-centered techniques. The evidence-based therapies I have trained in include Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Each provides powerful tools to help you heal and move forward.
